How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall (immediately after luggage claim and customs) holding a 'Confidence Tours' sign with your name clearly displayed.
What if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We track all flight numbers and ferry schedules in real-time. Every transfer includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. If your arrival time changes significantly, we automatically adjust your pickup so your driver is ready when you arrive.
Do you provide transfers to the French Side?
Yes. We provide seamless point-to-point transportation across the entire island, including both the Dutch (Sint Maarten) and French (Saint Martin) sides.
What is your cancellation and cruise policy?
We offer a full refund for any cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your service. Additionally, for cruise passengers, we provide a 100% refund if your ship fails to dock at St. Maarten for any reason.
Can we request a grocery or pharmacy stop?
Certainly. We can accommodate a 30-minute stop at a local supermarket or pharmacy for a small additional fee. Please include this request in your booking form so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.
